If you loved Happier, be sure to check out Grip, the latest collaboration between Bastille and Norwegian DJ duo Seeb. Seeb, best known for their remix of Mike Posner’s I Took A Pill In Ibiza, has already made waves by reaching number 2 on the Global Spotify Chart and number 4 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Bastille, the UK-based alt-pop band famous for their breakout single Pompeii and recent hit Happier with DJ Marshmello, brings their signature sound to Grip. Vocalist Dan Smith initially brought the track to Seeb, and the duo explained, “It ended up as a creature of its own, with DNA from both Seeb and Bastille.”
Grip will also be featured on Bastille’s upcoming fourth mixtape, Other People’s Heartache, Pt. 4, set for release on December 7.
