Panic! At The Disco’s The Greatest Show Is Everything You Didn’t Know You Needed

Updated: Sep 14, 2024

The Greatest Showman Reimagined Track Listing

When the tracklist for The Greatest Showman Reimagined was announced, I instantly knew The Greatest Show performed by Panic! At The Disco would be everything I never knew I always needed. Just imagine Brendon Urie's powerhouse vocals on every part of that song—it’s almost baffling that he wasn’t cast as P.T. Barnum to begin with. Seriously, could you picture Urie and Zac Efron trading lines in The Other Side? But I digress.

Urie’s vocal range is unmatched, with his theatrical voice fitting this track perfectly. Known for his many iconic covers, including Bohemian Rhapsody, the DuckTales theme song, and most recently, OutKast's Hey Ya!, Urie also took Broadway by storm as Charlie in Kinky Boots in 2017. His performance on The Greatest Show is no different—he owns the song with ease.

If I had one minor critique, it would be the omission of the three lines originally sung by Zac Efron and Zendaya in the soundtrack. Other than that, Panic! At The Disco’s rendition of The Greatest Show is pure perfection.

The full album drops in just two weeks on November 16, but until then, head over to Spotify to hear Panic! At The Disco’s version of The Greatest Show!
